Cookie FA 2%
Cocoa FA 1%
Chocolate 1%
Hazelnut FW 2%
Coconut FA .5%
Brown Sugar TFA .5%
Meringue FA .5%
Cream HS .5%
Vanilla Custard V1 CAP .5%
Vanillin 10% TFA .5%
If you don't have FW Hazelnut, try it with FA at 1% or 1.5%, but no guarantees it will be the same, lol.
If you don't have HS Cream just replace with Sweet Cream, I wouldn't use FA Fresh Cream tho.
Trying to make it sweeter and Fresh Cream is too sour IMO, but Vienna Cream might work also.
I left it set for a week before trying, next batch I'll try some fresh.
