This weekend I'm going to go to the lab (my kitchen) and attempt to create what I consider to be my unicorn. An oatmeal cookie vape...Many have come before me in this quest and I'm sure a couple will come after.

Here's what I've got as a "working" recipe in my head.
FA Cookie 2.5%
FE Oats .5-1% (that stuff came off kind off chocolatey when I tried it at higher %)
FE Oak Milk 1%
TFA Brown Sugar 1% (put the bakery-type edge on it)
Cap Cinn. Danish Swirl 2%(my mom's oatmeal cookies always had cinnamon in them)

Potential add-ins (stuff swirling around in my head):
FA Caramel/Butterscotch (I love caramel/Butterscotch in oatmeal cookies)
AP (probably not necessary because of the FA Cookie)
TFA Peanut Butter (might add a little dry, nutty flavor if just toothpick swirled in)
TFA Pumpkin Spice (I know, I know...I'm thinking a toothpick swirl might work VERY light touch with this one)
TFA Pie Crust (Not sure if it has a place, but it could make it more bakery type) probably not going to use
Vanillin 10% (may not be necessary but could add sweetness/vanilla)

Any thoughts? Any other stuff I might be leaving out?

I've never used Oak Milk before so I'm not sure on the % for that.

Just a thought- I use dried cranberries instead of raisins in my oatmeal cookies.
Got some raisin haters in my house

FA Amber aka FA Liquid Amber adds a baked fruit flavor to recipes. Works wonderfully in apple cider and is one of the secret ingredients in my apple pie. If I had to relate it closely to something as a standalone flavor, it'd be the flavor of apples and pears baked in a pie minus the pie crust with a bit of a cider, spice, sweetness.

A great flavor to use as an additive in combination with baked fruits.

@neverbeentovegas - I actually had the same idea for an oatmeal (raisin) cookie on Wednesday but realized I didn't have the FE flavors I needed. They made my queue to order but might be awhile before I get around to it!

Good luck!

Okay so I did this and it has sat for 2 days. It's all right. It's a decent vape and it smells really good, but if someone gave it to me blind, I wouldn't say Oatmeal Cookie. There is some potential there, though. Perhaps a longer resting period may do some magic.

Here's what I used:
FA Cookie 2.5%
FE Oats .5
FE Oak Milk 1%
TFA Brown Sugar 1%
Cap Cinn. Danish Swirl 2%
Cap. Sugar Cookie 2%

My next go around I'm upping up the Brown Sugar to 2% and am still considering adding a minute amount of TFA Peanut Butter. I'd also really look at Vanillin, which I neglected to add. Another thought of mine was a small amount of either Anise or Molasses. I'm also considering raising the Oak Milk up to 2%. There's just something missing...

On a side note, I'm disappointed with the FE Oats flavor concentrate. It's really chocolatey. I was hoping that pairing it with the Oak Milk would give it a more Oats kind of flavor. Just thinking out loud here, I'm considering diluting it with some PG. The reason being that it's perhaps too strong. If that doesn't work, I probably won't revisit that flavor. It's just off.

All in all, decent first try.
