the price for the crius is 25.99 not 25 and it shows the original deck in the picture not the velocity deck

how do I know if it ships within 2-3 days? And I believe the crius is the V3.

China. It got here a week after it shipped.

I love the velocity deck - so easy to build on - and the drip tip that came with it is a standard 510 glass (which I really like)! Both pics in that link are the velocity deck and are exactly like mine.

difference are , the post has larger holes and the drip is standard. I could be wrong.

I don't think OBS, themselves, refer to these tanks as "v1," "v2" and "v3".

The so-called "v1" tanks were the early versions that had a slightly non-standard drip tip size and holes for the coils that were a bit too small. (2 x 24 ga. was a tight fit.) OBS corrected both of these issues on subsequent production runs. I think this is what people are referring to as the "v2" tanks. The so-called "v3" tanks are the "v2" tanks with Velocity-style decks.

I believe you are correct Jim! And I use 26g 2mm and (some clapton coils) on my billow tank which will work perfect since the crius has more space.

Yes - California, so once it arrives in either Los Angeles or San Francisco I usually get it 2 days after that.
