You know I like the Engine since it doesn't leak etc but kinda have went back to my Griffen 25 Plus the last two days. I bring both my Therion DNAs to work pretty much each day lately and have the OBS Engine on one and the Griffen on the other. I can see the difference in flav for sure. Not a massive difference but I can tell the top airflow does mute it a bit.

I have the Nano coming soon and want to try the single coil for sure.

Twisted nichrome 80 6wrap 3mm 60-75 watts 60/40 VG/ PG juice or lower vg and cut your cotton so it just barely goes in the holes and raise your coils as high as possible.

I would have to agree with this so far... just got mine in and don't have them perfected, but this seems to work good.

I'm running SS316L claptons (26g/38g) and flavor is pretty good so far.

Not be to an ass but I mentioned several times in the other thread that the flavor isn't that good and I got a ton of shit for it. I'm glad I'm not crazy though and other people think the same

So far, I still have better RTA setups for flavor. But these are new to me so I figured I was just not doing it correctly yet. BUT, I don't want to have make a science project out of an RTA to get good flavor either... Just saying.

Yes nothing special . Not a flavor chaser or cloud chaser . Somewhere in between

Yes the OBS is a decent tank. I obviously like it since I don't need to worry about leaks. Flav is good but nothing compared to my iJoy Combo. My Combo is for more around the house type of tank. My Nano comes out and about since it's in my pocket throughout the day.

I'm getting frustrated with wicking the engine. I'm gonna take it to my local shop tomorrow after work to see what I'm doing wrong. If I can't get a handle on how to wick it, I'm gonna put them up for sale.

I brought both my Therions today with me. One has the OBS Nano and the other has iJoy Exo RTA. You can't even compare the two. Both same build with Claptons, .53 Ohms, same juice and hitting same 440F. The Nano is shelved for sure. It's not even a contest. Not even close

Don't put the wicks in the holes just on top so they are covered

I have the wicks cut fairly short, just resting in the holes but not stuffed in them. Here's how I have my Mini and Nano wicked, no issues with dry hits or flooding.

Thanks folks.
I'll try later. I use 3mm build coils and about 9mm of koh gen do. It's pretty tight pulling through the coils. I then trim the tips to get it in the juice holes. I cut the Cotton short so it ends between the build deck and bottom of the tank.
