During today’s Oculus Connect 5 conference, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg came onstage to announce Oculus Quest, a standalone VR unit.
It is completely wireless, portable, supports six degrees of freedom and allows for users to move in a virtual space. The 64GB headset will ship in Spring 2019 at $400 US.
