Let's make it easy 
Both are dual coil though you can do a single between the posts. Both chuck flavor and clouds. So:
Boreas: 25mm, you can stuff more than 8ml into it, bigger deck
Alleria: 23mm, 3ml capacity, smaller deck, but glass chimney
Which size suits you better?

Even though the 25mm will only fit 2/5 mods I think its a better choice. Although the glass chimney is so cool... it is more susceptible to breaking. Also after a while the wicks get discolored. I cant see that being a delightful sight to look at through the glass.
