"Sealed, pre-filled, and disposable replacement cartridges would be exempted" so it's child proof caps essentially. As long as a bunch of stuff isn't tacked on it's a good thing.

And I am just fine with that myself.

However, on a whim I just took a brief tour of our laundry room. First three bottles I checked did not have childproof caps.

However, my kids are grown and when they were young all the household chems were locked up.

When I was young my mother put the poisonous liquid products in a cabinet over top the refrigerator. She told me never to go in there. Having to stand on a chair to get the bleach was just the cost of having a child. Parenting 101. A class that should be a requirement to be able to take your child home from the hospital at birth.

Yep, I remember those days well.

But in my case putting stuff in the top cabinets also meant putting them out of my wifes reach as well!
