Ohmega Calypso RDTA and BFT30mm

I got the Calypso, haven't been able to use it for the glass is so fucking fragile. When I got it when breaking down to clean the glass cracked. Then when I put in the spare it cracked also. I then bought a replacement put in on and it cracked also so I said fuck it and it's just sitting in the doubt I'll ever use bin.
I was careful with the glass, lubed it up, etc. etc. but the glass is so cheap and fragile.

I've got one. No glass crackage, here. I like it, but it takes a very beefy build to fill up that chamber and get a nice vape. I purchased it to pair with my Presa 100, and it's been rough getting the right build for that mod and that tank pairing.

Just like r055co I had pretty poor luck with the glass on the Calypso.
However the Alpha BFT I like a LOT.

i have the calypso, haven't used it enough to form an opinion but no glass issue.
I do love their alpha one. it's the best single coil tank out there IMO but i don't have a lot of them as I'm more of a dual coil guy, but the flavor is on par with some dual coils for sure.
They also have the BFT and beast RTAs which are good
and i like the hybrid mod they have with the RTA and RDA that match it.
Overall for the price I think they make some decent stuff
But if you are looking for a 30mm RDTA the hell vape iron maiden is phenomenal. I'm vaping on it right now. took a pic earlier today for the handcheck thread lol
i got mine for like 20 bucks from gearbest and it's a flavor beast. needs a big build though

yeah I got it on their super sale during xmas. it was like 6 bucks and then 2.50 bucks for the crius plus and 75 bucks for the triad 250 so I only had to pay the 2.99 handling for the signature. Got the BFT and love it. holds a ton of juice, stuff it with large coils and it works wonderfully.
Well found a site that had a Calypso kit (2 glass, driptips and orings) for $5 so ordered a couple. Was extremely careful and got the glass on without cracking. Put a build in and been vaping it, decent flavor and cloud production with a pair of 0.15 SS Fused Claptons. She leaks though through the juice fill ports and don't like where they're located (under the coils).
Not bad, I'll vape on it till I need to change wicks and she'll end up on the FDA Apocalypse Stash for the Iron Maiden is much better, a lot better.

Received my Alpha one in the mail today with a busted tank...Decided to put on the spare and it busts also...First time ive ever busted a glass on anything tank wise and im extremely careful with how I installed it..Lubed the orings and all that jazz...just as it was about to fit snug on the o ring a huge chunk just broke off the side....Now waiting back for a response from the company I purchased it from..smh

@Paratech said the same thing. He should know why. I purchased the spare tank kit cause of that but I had no issues with mine. Haven't broken a glass on it

If you got it from vaporworld.biz they'll send you a accessory kit.
That includes two glass and a bag of O-rings, screws, and a pair of drip tips.
I broke 3 glass on this tank while building and one while cleaning.
This is the ONLY tank I have every broken a tank on by accident.
(broke a Freemax Starre Pro and Sense Herakles Plus that wasn't accidental)
Yep, same here. It's been retired to the Vape Apocalypse Stash as a last resort item. Doubt I'll ever use it again, leaks like a sieve and fragile glass. Not a very good combination, my Iron Maiden is awesome so no use for the Calypso.

Yea it was was from vapor world...Ill check my emails Monday and see what they say...Hopefully they send me one of those kits..Was looking forward to trying another single coil tank this weekend but, wasn't meant to be..lol
