i have a 200 watt mod w/temple mini rda, 5 wrap twisted ka, I used the chart in the chart section and it says the power should be 79.9 watts. Safe or no ?

If it's a regulated mod you'll be fine. just make sure you are using good quality batteries. LG HG2 or HE4 Samsung 25R or 30q

If your batteries can handle the amp draw then your good. with 95% efficiency, At the battery 80watts is 20amps at 4.2volts and 10 at 8.4, less amps for 3 batts in series. 200 wtts would be 50amps and 25amps.

You're safe. However, at what setting of the wattage you vape at, depends on the resistance of yor coil(s), and the eJuice you're using. You'll have to find the sweet spot of this combination. Start at a lower wattage, and increase it, one step at a time (taking 3-4 toots), until you find it to be at your desired flavor, and vapor production.
