Ohm's

Just built my first dual coil, set the ohms to 0.3, 24 Gauge Kanthal A1, 6 wraps on each coil. But I have one question, what is the difference if i set my ohms high or low, I'm using the calculator to figure everything out after inputing the ohms, but I'm wondering how to decide weather i should set my ohms to a low range or high range. Thanks guys. First build is going great!

Higher resistance coils usually require thinner (higher gauge) wire, that come to a glow quicker with lower energy, and also cool off quicker. Therefore, due to the lower energy/power the vapor is cooler. Lower resistance coils obviously usually require thicker (lower gauge) wire, slower in getting to a glow, needing more energy/power, and cool off slower as well. However, due to more surface area of a low resistance coil, you get more and warmer/hotter vapor, thus more flavor.
BTW, my preferred build is a simple 0.3 Ohm(ish) dual coil build.
