What a load of crap. This is the kind of BS coming out of government agencies that really anger me. I worked around the federal government over 40 years and had to listen to all the phony information they put out.
All the wasted money I saw on military contracts that the government always blamed the contractors and not their people who made bad decisions.
Sane kind of stupid decisions the FDA/CDC is making about vaping.
