Ok... So, I guess the problem is that the needle popped off the syringe? Surely not a luer lock? I experienced that with those "slip tip" things, but never with luer locks.

Those are utterly useless for any ejuice that isn't 100% PG. And even with PG, you'd need a really fat needle, or it would just pop the needle right off.

I take them off for VG and usually leave them off for the PG but I'm getting low so needed a little extra length and just brainfart put it in the bottle and bloop gonzo lol.
I dumped the juice into another bottle to get it out.
I dont use them for any ejuice...just the flavorings and PG nicotone! Great for that, and then pulling off quickly to get the VG taken care of

My 86% PG juice is thin enough for an 18ga needle.
But I use NOTHING except luer locks. I do use a graduated cylinder for measuring the PG/VG/nic, the first step in my mixing... but I often use 14ga needles when I need to measure small amounts of VG, or cold nicotine (it's PG based, but the cold makes it seem a lot like room-temp VG). Since the largest batches I ever make are 100ml, I end up using those fat needles pretty much everytime; for my usual 56ml batches for myself, the amount of VG I use is about 7.56ml or something like that... so I can pour in the 7ml, but the .56ml requires a 1ml syringe with a 14ga needle on it.Andria
