Op-Ed: 'Grassroots' anti-vaping efforts pushing people back to cigarettes

Yep this took several years but was inevitable since the Deeming Regs were issued.
Vaping had a problematic future even without the Deeming regs.
Then states and localities started their banning, taxing, etc assault on vaping.
then of course the money thing with taxes and MSA money bonds, etc and the fear from most of something they did not understand.
This is why I started long ago stocking up/prepping for a long vape 'dry spell'.
Many may go back to smoking but I will not. At least I can control that for myself if not for everyone else.
I expect mostly vape desolation in the US by this time next year.
I REALLY hope I am wrong though.

Corona already has started the desolation, it seems. Everywhere I look online at vape gear, so much is out of stock. Plus with our trade attitude to China now, it don’t look good at all.
Yes those are other complications that have been thrown in.
Kind of a perfect storm to squash vaping for quite a while.
Deeming Regs with pretty much impossible to pass requirements.
US state and local bans/taxes on vaping stuff.
Chinese new year extended for Corona.
Corona in the world at large causing vape shop closures.
India banning vaping. A very large customer of China vape industries.
And at some point in the not too distant future Deeming/PMTA enforcement.
I just have trouble seeing any light at the end of the tunnel.
