What do ya guys think of this? I can't tell what this is, is this a slight burn? A scrape? Is this worth rewrapping? Maybe a new battery? Thanks guys! IMG_20161027_203745.jpg

It's right there on the edge of the negative side, maybe a scrape?

From the just out of focused dark image, it looks like dirt.
Buy 10 more batteries and you won't have to worry about it.
Come on, you know you want to.
At least 8.

It's a super faint brown spot, when I touch it, I notice no difference in texture on that spot either, it's weird! Not sure if I should try to rewrap it or just get some new batteries. They're cheap, just tight on cash at the moment. Does a hairdryer work well enough to rewrap? I have the stuff, some shrink wrap and even some extra insulator rings in case, just never actually done it.

I'd def rewrap it myself. It very well could be the start of a short and you caught it in the nick of time.

Hairdryer will normally do just fine unless they are super thick wraps.
