Conclusions
Studies indicate that ENDS are increasing in use, particularly among current smokers, pose substantially less harm to smokers than cigarettes, are being used to reduce/quit smoking, and are widely available. More longitudinal studies and controlled trials are needed to evaluate the impact of ENDS on population-level tobacco use and determine the health effects of longer-term vaping.

Excellent, it seems to be quite a comprehensive meta-analysis. Since it was behind a paywall, the only part of interest that can be viewed is the list of references, and it's impressive; I didn't see a lot of the ANTZ or FUD shills, though granted, those are so many and varied, it's hard to keep up with them all -- but I did some really excellent citations -- Burstyn's Peering Through the Mist, one citation from Siegel, 3 or 4 from Hajek, and 14 from Dr Farsolinos -- so they seem to have gone to actually ethical and aware scientists. Kudos.
