Panasonic 18650 battery problem

I just bought 2 new 18650's that are flat top unprotected. I have had them on a single charger for approximately 6 hours and they still have not charged FULLY. Should they take this long or should I be concerned? Thanks

What kind of charger are you using? If the output of the charger is only .5 A or less it might take that long.

Yeah, look for a switch on your charger. If it has one, flip it to 1amp for a faster charge.
