Mis firing as in not firing when you depress the switch? I's say either your battery is a tad loose, or the atty is not making good contact with the positive 510 connection on the top of the mod. If you check those, then the other option might be the switch. Tighten it up a bit and see.

Could be the battery wrap is not allowing contact. I've had that happen on some brands of batteries.

i use vtc4 for battery and i forgot to tell...although misfiring but the switch feel hot if i press it a little longer... does it mean my atty is not making good contact with the positive 510 connection?

You are getting Joule Heating of the switch. Somewhere in the mod and atty, you are not getting a good contact. How low is your build?

around 0.2 ohm...and i just realized that my mod misfiring when i press exactly in the center of switch, and its normal when i press in the edge
