So my question is has anyone ever tried to make a parallel but use pre-built Clapton wire and regular kanthal in the same coil? I just did one and 8 wrap starting with the kanthal on the outside and Clapton next to it.. Came out to.6 ohms. Seems like it would be good for a single coil. Just would like some feedback before i wick it. I fired it and got it straight so I assume it would be Ok to vape on.
