We are talking about a Chicago suburb that's less then 10 miles from the inner city.

Shouldn't these busybodies be teaching parents how to not get their children shot, maybe teach them which neighborhoods to avoid, or maybe even the warning signs that your teen may be in a gang?

These people have REAL shit to worry about and a kid using a fucking JUUL isn't what I mean - 5150

If these students had a pack a day smoking habit first then the vaping would be a positive. So let them smoke cigarettes for the next 10 years and then they will be congratulated for switching to vaping.
