Felix “PewDiePie” Kjellberg has announced he will no longer be donating $50,000 to the Anti-Defamation League after portions of his fanbase accused the YouTube star of being "censored" over his choice of charity.
In a new video published to PewDiePie’s YouTube channel, Kjellberg said that he “made the mistake” of picking a charity he “was advised to, instead of picking a charity that
personally passionate about.” Something Kjellberg said was “100 percent” his fault.
Kjellberg said that “the whole internet” didn’t believe he wanted to donate to the Anti-Defamation League, and that the internet went into “conspiracy mode.” The donation to the Anti-Defamation League was originally announced two days ago during an unboxing video for his100 million subscriber award.
