Hey everyone! Been a while since I've on here. I'm curious if anyone on here has the pharaoh rta and/or the ammit dial coil version. I recently nabbed up one of each plus the velocity deck for pharaoh and I'm having some problems with both.
The pharaoh first. When I first built it on either deck I wasn't getting much if any flavor. Then things really went south. It started as a faint nasty taste. By the end of that tank it was so bad I actually gagged. I tried different coils single and dual. Different types of coils both single and dual. (alien, Clapton, stapled, staggered fused) I washed it before I started using it so I know that's not it. Not as much vapor as I figured there would be either. I ended up putting a go to build in the velocity deck that I love on my rdas and no luck. A friend of mine (vape shop manager who knows his sh*t) had it right now. He wanted to try it out and along with trying to see what I did wrong.
Ammit dual coil version. Clouds galore! I love this thing. No nasty flavor like the pharaoh but hardly any flavor at all. I'm on my second set of coils to try to get some more flavor. Different style coils, different flavor just to make sure I'm not going crazy. Still not much.
I mostly come from rdas. Should there really be that much difference or am I nuts? Thanks ahead of time!
