This is one I messed around with for quite a while before coming to this conclusion.

1% TFA Brown Sugar
2% FW Yellow Cake
2% TFA Caramel
1.5% FA Butter
1.5% FA Pineapple
3% FW Maraschino Cherry
1% TFA Smooth

DOES have a few of the bad things in it, but it's pretty authentic-tasting.

edit well everything but the cherries
i don't like em in a drink,, cake,,bar or candy
NOT even on top of ice cream...

yet I like REAL cherries go figure.

Let it steep because it really changes. These are what I'd call "aggressive" flavors.

Sooooo, just checking in. Did you make it? Maybe it wasn't you thing? I always thought it was pretty accurate, but I was curious as to what you thought.

I appreciate your posting this recipe, which sounds really nice, but I wish I had any of those flavorings. Rare, but I don't have a single one of them!

I liked the flavors.
Just was a bit harsh on the back door for me..
so i understand the smooth..

so i wondered if Custard would get rid of the harsh finish.

don't wanna really change this ... just soften the finish with a creamy feel not taste.

If I was going to use custard in this one, I'd probably use some FA. Although I go through a ton of CAP VC, the FA seems to have it's place in a several recipes I enjoy.
