I want to make a Pineapple whipped cream with hints of tart lemon and lime.

I have TFA Whipped Cream but I was wondering if any of you think Vienna Cream and Fresh Cream from FA in some combination would work better.

Right now my recipe looks like:
(All FA Flavorings)
Pineapple - 1%
Lemon Sicily - .25%
Lime Cold Press - .5%
Vienna Cream - 1%
Fresh Cream - .5%

Just about to mix it up and give it a try.
Also thinking about adding Custard FA or Coconut FA but I don't really want to taste the coconut much, it just sounds like it would fit well.

Well, if I may say so, you could leave out lemon Sicily, and start with custard better, coconut will give you a creamier background, I would add it, right now I am so happy with hic's post pina colada

Ooooo. I will have to check that HIC's Pina Colada post out! I'll Try taking out the Lemon and adding Custard instead.
Any suggestion on what % Custard to use?

Well, I am no expert, but since I don't know how much hints of lime & lemon you want, start small, with .5% and take it from there

Thanks a lot everyone. You have been very helpful!

Good point with the bubbly thing! Though I don't actually have any of those flavorings to try it with...yet.

So far I have made 5 variations and two of them I like a lot!

Pineapple FA - 1.5%
Lime Cold Press FA - .5%
Fresh Cream FA - .5%
Custard FA - 1%
Coconut Extra TPA - 1%

&

(Same thing just add Marshmallow)
Pineapple FA - 1.5%
Lime Cold Press FA - .5%
Fresh Cream FA - .5%
Custard FA - 1%
Coconut Extra TPA - 1%
Marshmallow TPA - 5%

I don't have Marshmallow or Coconut from FA or I would have given those a shot. Seems to work well however!
Gonna have to vape on them both for a while and decided which one I like more and if they need anything else.

PD, you have some great combinations going there; they all sound good to me. Pineapple-lime, pineapple-custard, pineapple-coconut, pineapple-freshcream... FA Pineapple is a really flexible flavor that goes with so many others, even the unexpected (strangely good with Cocoa).

Be sure to post back when you decide which one you liked best.
If you like it with TFA's Coconut Extra, you ought to treat yourself to FA Coconut. It's much superior, so creamy...

I've attempted to make something similar before. Are you trying to replicate the famous dole whip? I think I did something like this : 3% pineapple .5% lemon 1% fresh cream. Not spot on but pretty good. I wanted pineapple to be the main flavor, hence the high %. The lemon is noticeable but not overpowering. I've also tried a bit of lime/coconut but those combinations bullied the pineapple too much for my tastes. I wanted a tart pineapple with a creamy finish! Keep me updated on your progress because I was never able to get it just right.

The dole whip is what inspired this and what you're describing is exactly what I started out going for and will continue to try and achieve however
Pineapple FA - 2%
Lime Cold Press FA - .5%
Fresh Cream FA - .5%
Custard FA - 2%
Coconut Extra TPA - 1%
Is very tasty. I really like how it turned out and will keep this but I would like it to be more tart but any more lime and it's too overpowering for this recipe in my opinion. And I the FA Custard has enough lemon zest for me not to need any other lemon flavor. I would like to try the sour flavoring or maybe a dash of koolada but I don't have either of those. Will be getting a cart of flavors going this weekend. So we shall see next week how things turn out.

You could actually bump the Lime CP to 1%. I know that it seems overpowering, but that flavor will fade out some. You could try it out, give it a couple days, then see if it's where you like it. Could give you the tart you're looking for. I wouldn't have believed it myself, but it smooths out really nicely.

I might have to give this a try. Custard seems like a good fit for the pineapple to give it that rich, creamy texture. How does that coconut stand with the pineapple? I tried .25-.5% of fa coconut but it was way too strong and turned it into something like pina colada. It also took out some of the tartness from the pineapple. Did you like the lime better or lemon? For me personally, lemon was a better fit because it didn't stand out as much as lime did.
