Please help (SMM Serpent)

I received my Wotofo SMM Serpent today and but there's a weird piece of plastic they put in the tank and I don't know how to get it out lol I'm assuming it's to protect the glass..It looks like I need to remove the top but there's nothing to grab on to,to unscrew it. Hope these pics help.

built it in 2 seconds with a premade clapton and got it right my first time no leaks or dry hits..just experimenting with the air flow and wattage to maximize flavor..gonna spend some more time with it and try not to OD lol I have a tendency to over vape when I get new toys

That plastic thing is for TPC in other countries. They can only have 2mls in their tank.

Unfortunately for me I have the god forsaken TPD! I'm in the uk. Alot of tanks have extension glass though so for now we are okay

It's annoying as fuck but my mate runs a vape shop an doesn't follow TPD.
Went in other say an said fuck a 2ml cloud beast an to my suprise he said no extension needed I have the 6ml . He's a lifesaver!!

That’s what I figured. Lol. If I lived with restrictions like that and there was a plastic piece in my tank like that, I would remove it. But that’s just me.
