Pop rocks?

Does anyone know where I can find pop rocks flavoring, if its out there? I'm trying to make something similar to space rocks by Lost Art

No idea but I've been searching for whatever causes a fizzy/carbonated note to no avail. (TFA Champagne, Citric Acid, Triacetin...) Doesn't work for me.
