Posting to the blog section

Hi

I have been informed that there is a dedicated video blog section as I previously posted my vlog to the reviews section. However, I cannot for the life of me work out how to post in the blog section. I mainly use tapatalk on my phone and I couldn't even find it, and on the desktop site I could see it at the top of the page but could not see any button to press to post.

Any help greatly appreciated.
