Here's the proposal: http://www.scribd.com/doc/287324076...rette-E-Liquid-PMTAs-Legitimacy-Not-Confirmed

Here's the proof that the document is confirmed authentic: http://thehill.com/regulation/admin...lls-for-probe-after-alleged-leak-of-fda-rules

Above links provided by Silver Member Robert B -- good job!

And here are the scheming corporate interests.
Please watch and listen carefully; pbusardo does nail him for being corrupt (several times in fact). Speeding up the video helps get through it easier.

Unless I'm misinterpreting the document virtually *EVERY* item sold that pertains to vaping (not just child proof caps and colorful labels in e-liquid) will require a PMTA. Only mega funded (i.e. corporate) entities will be able to get approved PMTAs (essentially a government license to sell ANY vaping item).

You don't have to be a conspiracy nut to see what's going on. Vaping is at least seven times cheaper per puff than smoking, and the big money boys are going to pass laws saying you can only get your supplies from them (those with PMTAs). Then they will jack prices to the equivalent of smoking. Vapers have been getting a free ride and monopoly capital is coming to take it all away.

Vaping has been the shining example of innovation and free enterprise in action. Virtually everyone in vaping has had a banner year. Get ready for big business to attempt to shut down and consolidate the industry.

This is not simply a matter of government interfering in peoples' lives. This is an illegal collusion of a corrupted congress (getting kickbacks in the form of campaign contributions) bowing to international finance.
