Primus Koopor not turning on after update

Hi, today I decided to update my Primus Koopor and I don't know if I did it right so that might have made a difference, but now it will not turn on, I tried to upgrade it several more times and I know i did it the right way those times, still wont turn on, I contacted Smok support but have gotten no answer yet, if you guys have any ideas I would appreciate it, thanks!

I had the same thing happen to me today. I tried updating it for the first time and now it wont turn on. If anyone has a solution please help.

I don't/won't own a Smok product but did you try taking out the batteries to see if that helps. The only other suggestion would be to roll back to the older firmware and see if that fixes it. Good luck..

After hearing about this from two owners of this mod I'm definitely not going to try to update it

Stock performance is good enough..Don't want mine to shut down..Hope you guys figure out what went wrong..good luck!

take out the batteries and try reflashing the firmware you can flash it multiple time if that does not work it is bricked but typically a flash may not complete or properly update give it a try

I saw a post on Reddit about this issue -- seems the newest firmware will brick the Primus. It can be rolled back to firmware 1010 -- instructions on how to do that are in this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/electronic...o_not_upgrade_koopor_primus_to_1070_firmware/
