Does anyone know of any problems they may be having? Placed an order on 9/21 and a shipping label was created on 9/23 but show it still has not been received by the carrier. I've sent an email to them but have not received any response in more than 24 hours. Hell even fasttech responded quicker. I'm wondering if there is an issue with them as I've ordered from them numerous times and never had any problems. If I remember correctly I believe they are located in Michigan. I wonder if that may be causing a problem.

With regards to Order: #182173. This order was placed on Saturday Sept. 21. USPS tracking shows that a shipping label was created on Monday Sept. 23. As of Friday Sept. 27 USPS tracking shows that the parcel has not made it to the carrier. Could you please investigate to find out what the issue may be as I've always enjoyed very rapid processing times from MyVPro and this is abnormal. Thank you for the attention to this matter.
