Make sure you have good batteries. The wraps look a little chewed up on those and unless you got them yourself, from a known reliable vendor, all bets are off as to what they actually are.
Once you have good batteries, put whatever build you usually like on it, turn it all the way down and turn it up a little at a time with a minute or two between each puff, and stop when you like the vape you're getting.
