If we didn't offer free shipping I would have long ago moved away from USPS. They are just so unreliable. Once we reach a certain level, we'll be 100% on UPS.

well i guess considering all the orders ive placed (vape related) 3 lost packages isnt too bad of a percentage...
it would be nice however if they would compensate you for their mistakes. or at LEAST admit them.

funny thing is this is not single to USPS my aunt makes reborn dolls and had fedex deliever the the wrong person and had them sign for it and everything. Sadly i only ever had 1 package get broken via usps usually i have a good time.
