Question about a build I just did.

I just built a 26g twisted parallel to a single 26g wire. I'm at .34 ohms. And I've tried vaping it from 50-70 watts. At 70 watts the flavor is there and the clouds are warm. But at 50watts all I get is smoke and the flavor is no where to be found. But I can not smoke at 70 watts all the time since I mostly bring my ipv mjni2 with me. And I'm too scared to get close to the discharge limit of the 25r Samsung. Is this build only for high wattage? Around 70 ore more?

Have you tried a different coil build that doesnt require all your power to enjoy it?

Maybe a thinner gauge twisted wire or higher ohms would help.

Only comes out to 14 amps at 70 watts. Even at 100 watts, it would still only be 17 amps.
While the continuous limit is 20 amps for the 25r, the manufacturer specs say they can handle up to a 45 amp draw for up to 5 seconds at a time with a 30 second wait in between.

A lot of people use 25Rs for lower ohm builds with higher watts without issues, never heard of one venting.

What atty are you using? I use dual 24g coils in my rda, run it well under 70w and get great vapor, flavor and warmth. Instead of using thinner wire, maybe try a little thicker wire and a simple build. Just a thought.

I use a mutation v4 and a mad hatter. I use to just make dual coils but when I tried the twisted, zipper or Clapton coils I preferred those. So I would just you a single zipper or Clapton or twisted build instead of dual. But I'll go dual again once I get the 150w sigelei Tc.

I would try a different coil build, If all else fails take it to you're local vape shop and have someone who knows what they are doing take a look at it and get it fixed like it should be, Oh and just for curtsy tip them 5$ if they do a good job!
