Question about my Xtar Vc2 charger

I bought the xtar vc2 charger when I got my Ipv3 from my friend. It seems like it takes a really long time to charge my batteries. I have the USB plug and charger hooked up to NY cable box while charging, since it didn't come with a wall plug.

Is it normal for taking so long to charge batteries? Is there a faster way?

I actually own the VC2 and it is a neat little charger with some really nice features and it can rehabilitate and over discharged battery.

But with a max charge output of 0.50 amps, Lord is that sucker slow!

Granted it will give your batteries a very nice and deep charge, prepare to wait about 6.5 hours to charge a Samsung 25R 2,100mAh battery.

If you want a faster charge ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,DUHH!:D Invest in the VC4, or SP4 or any of their other chargers with a 1.0 Amp charge setting.

About 2-1/2 to 3 hours is what it would take to charge a pair of the 25Rs that have been discharged to about 3.2 v.
