Hey, I have been skimming and searching the forums for a while now and haven't found this asked. Does anyone know if the "kooling" agent, Methyl Menthyl Acetate, changes flavor/effect on liquid, based on ratio of menthol crystals to pg its diluted in. Or in other words if the ratio (these aren't right numbers) is 2:1 does it affect different in good or bad ways compared to a 3:1 solution. I know this is an odd question, but hopefully someone has thought of this.

Ok, the above question has an obvious answer, 3 to 1 is stronger than 2 to 1. My actual question comes with after making the solutions. As in if you use two solutions at different strength levels, but you mix those solutions so the actual diluted parts of the menthol equal out, does that change the effects? (example, high strength using little enhancer vs low strength using more enhancer)
