I had an Istick 50w and it overcharged or something. Anyway it no longer works. I have the mini 10w and it still works like a charm. I loved the 50 before it stopped working. Does anyone think going with the 30 is a good idea? I havent seen nearly as many problems with the 30 online. Is it worth it in the long run to suffer for now with 10w and save or just go with the 30w?

Like I said I freakin' LOVED my 50 until it stopped but the 30 doesn't seem to have nearly as many problems

Don't take this the wrong way, but if the 50w quit on you, have you considered something that might hold up a little better, or something with a replaceable battery?
If you wanted to stay small the ipvD2 has had some great reviews and is reasonably priced.

the D2 is hardly bigger than the Istick 30. I have a D2 and love it. You'll need a couple of 18650 batteries (one to use and one in the charger) and a good charger though - don't buy them from Ebay :D (Liionwholesale.com is a reliable source where I've recently been buying my batteries)

The size of the D2 isnt a concern, Im more concerned about the extra money for the separate batteries and charger. I dont want to end up ruining something else and wasting more money xD

I have three chargers, 2 of them are 2 years old and were 15 bucks, you can find GOOD BATTERIES (25r, HE2) for 6-8 bucks a piece.
You'll spend the same replacing isticks: Only this way you'll get a mod that'll last a good while, and hold up much better.

You'll always use the batteries and charger, unless you just go for a mod with a lipo. But those have a limited life in any event and can only be charged a certain number of times (like your batteries - but you can replace those).

If you can get by on a 10w iStick, then the D2 will be an exceptional upgrade with plenty of room for your vaping habits to change. Even if they don't, the D2 should last you a good long time.
