RBA 1.5-1.8 Micro Coil on a Fixed Voltage Battery?

Hello all,
I am curious whether it would be ok to use an RBDA deck with a 1.5-1.8 ohm coil on a standard fixed voltage vaping battery?
The math seems to check out fine, but I am curious if there is something I am over looking.
Such as do I have to add or subtract the resistance of the RBDA and housing from the coil resistence, etc...

The setup I am looking at is a Kanger Protank4 with a Kanger EVOD fixed voltage 1,100 mAh battery.
the coils wouldn't go below 1.5 ohms and would probably stay at 1.8 which is what I have been using in my current clearomiser.

would this be safe, or am I looking at a visit to the hospital in my future?

Thank you for all your help!

I think the old evods are o.k. as low as 1.3ohm.

They have inbuilt safety, so it won t fire anything that is low enough to be dangerous. The lights will just blink, indicating low resistance and it won't power the coil if too low

The EVODs I have are about 2 years old...

Do the newer EVOD's not have this safety feature?

It is good to know that all they will do it blink and not actually try to fire the coil.

Do I need to subtract the ohms of the deck from the ohms of the coil or am I overthinking this?

Thank you again.

I'm not familiar with the new models. I think they do, but a lower cut off.

Do you have an ohm meter? Or regulated mod? Either will give you a true reading with everything that you mention factored in
