anyone know of anyplace that sells everything I'll need to start building my own coils ? I seen rda tool kits around but does not include the ceramic tweezers

Nah. I scrounged up my kit from online vendors and hardware stores. My vape shop gouges on batteries, wires, mods, and atomizers. They're good for juice. If I haven't stocked up from somewhere with better flavors.
