Real Flavours Super Concentrates struggling to mix

Hi everyone, i got a problem when mixing Real flavours super concentrates these are the flavours i purchased

Vanilla custard
Cinnamon custard
Strawberry
Peach cobbler
Blood orange
Vanilla ice cream
Soda base

Ok so i mixed all these at 2.5% 70vg 30pg apart from the vanilla ice cream i haven't touched that flavour and i seen someone had put flavour notes on when testing some of these flavours which i just mixed them the same as they did pretty much same % same steeping times etc i know custards can take a month or so but most people who reviewed the custards have said they really dont taste of custard more of a cream instead which is why i thought steeping them for 2 week sound about right and again the cinnamon custard its not much of a custard but its still nice apparently so these are my results

Vanilla custard- 2.5% 2 week steep literally no taste not even a hint of vanilla and it smells like yogurt if anything when mixed but not mixed smells very much like cream soda

Cinnamon custard- 2.5% 2 week steep no custard no cream not even cinnamon me and my brother tested this and said the same it tasted of liqorice much like FA Blackjack which i find strange

Peach Cobbler- 2.5% 2 week steep very light weak tasting peach i would say it taste like tinned peach slices

Strawberry-2.5% 2 week steep literally nothing same as the vanilla custard but i put that down to me not being able taste some strawberries which i am finding alot of people having problems tasting strawberries lucky for me tho i found a couple i can taste

Blood orange-2.5% 2 week steep again im getting a very weak orange flavour i couldnt even tell you what type of orange it taste like

Soda base-2.5% this one i did couple of days ago and as of yet its done nothing i tried making a grape soda im new to soda bases so not sure how long they need to steep for or if they even need to be steeped

Now all my other mixes are fine i recently changed my coils and wicks even tried different tanks i dont think i got vapours tongue i can taste all my other brands fine im just having trouble mixing real flavours concentrates iv never had any sucess with them at all but they got good reviews even on the website i get them off so what could i be doing wrong should i steep these longer? or should i up the percentages? i do believe these are not pg based i was told they are alcohol base which makes me think they should steep with the caps off for a day or 2 anyone who could give me a few tips with these i would be greatful thanks.

Tried Real flavors flavorings, was not very impressed.
And as you are seeing do not seem to be very super concentrated.
imho you will have to up the percentages to get any real flavor from them.

The only 2 flavors I have from that list are the Strawberry and the Vanilla Custard. I haven't single flavor tested those in a very long time but I probably tested them at the suggested SF percentages from ELR. I use them in mixes at the suggested recipe mixing percents from ELR. I mix 100ml batches with a badger paint mixer for 30 or 40 seconds and leave the cap off for 1 - 2 hours then stash away in a dark cool cabinet for 2 - 3 months (my SF tests I would test once a week for up to 4 weeks) and I am happy with my mixing results but I didn't do a lot of mixing with other flavor lines before I made the switch 18 months ago so I can't really compare my RF results to other flavor lines and I don't have the most finicky palatte. I do recall a lot of people on ELR complaining that going too high with these would mute some of them really bad.

The best advice I can give is go by the ELR recommended percents and read the flavor notes http://e-liquid-recipes.com/flavors?q=real+flavors+sc - and maybe search their forum, or start a similar thread over there, as there are a lot of RF SC mixers over there (much better mixers than me) that don't use this forum - http://forum.e-liquid-recipes.com/

Thank you I just don't want to be throwing them in the bin I seen a lot of interesting flavours i was going to buy then was put off buying them because they wasn't mixing right for me and to see such good reviews on different websites which is something I do i don't just look at one website I'll check other's just to see and the cinnamon custard I haven't seen a bad review on that so I must be doing something wrong surely

What is build and atty being used? Too hot or too cold a coil has major affects of flavor production.

DIY is trial and error and the flavoring % Needed can vary by recipe. . In one recipe 2% will be too strong the next too weak. And what too weak in that tank or atty too strong in the next.

I'm using ni80 Clapton coils with cotton bacon in a aqua reboot rta i got this rta in particular because it's suppose to be one of the best for flavours and the shop I got these coils because they was recommended for this rta

The build recommendation might not be the right build for you. How it vape on commercial or NON flavored juice? What wattage have you been running? How much airflow?

I vape between 50-70 watts and that's the thing I never seem to have a problem with commercial juice well since I been vaping anyway which is about 3 years or so and non commercial I can taste most flavours such as Capella tfa and one of my new favourites which I have only just started buying is inawera all seem good

I generally test RF(SC) at 3%, use them in mixes anywhere from 1-5%. Like all brands some are stronger/weaker and some need a steep or not. Just leave them for another week and then adjust accordingly.

Commercial juices use sweetener and you might like using some at first until you get used to less of it.
