So the idea is to be able to rebuild this thing without having to beat it out of the press fit every time. For my first attempt I'm thinking about shaving maybe .005" off on the lathe at the shoulder where the press fit occurs. The problem is it's going to want to spin. This may be more trouble than it's worth but I can't help but try. I'll keep you guys posted if I have any sort of success.
