received 60 ml 0mg nicotine, want to add nicotine

Recently in an order I received a 60ml bottle of 0mg e juice. I just have the one and am not currently interested in DIY e juices but I dont want to let this bottle go to waste. Can anyone tell me how much nicotine i need to add to make the bottle 6mg? Also is there somewhere I can purchase a small amount of nicotine instead of a large supply that I would have no use for?

If you had 100mg/ml nic, 3.6ml of nic would give you 6mg. Of course, it would throw your PG/VG ratio off just a tad, but nothing that would be too noticeable. Your best bet for sourcing that small amount of nic would be to find a DIY'er to help with that.

Calculator I just plugged that into say 3.6ml. Whether you got that in PG or VG, it'll alter the final ratio, and reduce the flavor by a bit.

Another thought... as was mentioned by Mark, for such a small amount to be used, even 15ml would be a lot. Any chance you have pals that are shop employees? Maybe you could get a vape shop to sell you around 4mls, or even add it to your juice for you.

I thought about recommending that, but I believe it would technically be against the FDA regs for them to add nic to a juice (not certain about it) but it might be worth a shot.

To give you the right amount we need to know what strength the base is first before we can tell you this for sure 72mg/l for example

So maybe source a supplier first let us know the base strength it is then we can tell you how much to add

Know that anything you add to this now will affect the VG/PG ratio slightly of that liquid so pick a nic suspension that is
A) 50/50 mix,
B) whatever you want more of in that liquid VG or PG
C) Some suppliers can do custom mixes of nic in PG/VG as well I believe so you could match what the flavour liquid is this way and that would negate this problem for you

Add 3.83 ml 100mg nicotine to the 60ml you have. Or, take out 3.6ml out of your 60ml bottle and then replace that with 3.6ml 100mg nic.

I suggest the latter method. Before going through all the fuss, I would make sure the juice was well worth it and I'd pull off a sample to vape first. In addition, if you don't take some out first, heck, there might not be enough room in the same bottle for the addition.

If you decide to proceed, make sure you shake everything Very Well during all stages of the mixing. (Especially Before)

Could order another 60 ml of the same juice in at 12mg... that will give you 120ml of 6mg juice. Without affecting PG VG or flavor.

thanks everyone for the suggestions. I dont know of anyone that does DIY and I know my local brick and mortar would shoot down any request for a small thing of nicotine. They wouldnt even show me how to install a coil when I first started vaping because of the laws.

No one showed me either learnt everything from this forum started with something simple found a 2 flavour recipe then as rossco said just need a calaulctor from somewhere, some Syringes, containers for the mixes, then the mixing gear (vg/pg/nic/flavour concentrates)

Oh and something to record down your favourite recipes and thier percentages
