Anyone else have this experience? Very frustrated, as I am not planning on buying replacement coils. And of course Smok does not include replacement screws in the kit. WTF??
Contacted Ecig Avenue to see if they'll do anything about it. So annoyed....
Wow, thankfully that was a false alarm! I dug around the entire box, examined the replacement coil, thinking maybe the second screw had gotten loose and was hiding somewhere. Found nothing, and just where I was putting the top "shelf" back into the box, I found the little guy clinging to its corner! Sneaker little fucker! Crisis averted! lol
I guess the good purpose this thread can serve is to give props to Ecig Avenue. A customer service rep got back to me toot suite, offering to send a replacement RBA head, or exchange the unit in toto. Obviously, that's not necessary now, but it reinforces what I've know for a while, that they are a great company to order from.
Ya, lol, sorry about it. Really, I thought I had searched every nook and cranny of the box before to make sure the screw hadn't gotten lodged somewhere. Hopefully now, at least, this is a known issue, so anyone opening their TFV4 box who finds a screw missing will know to check things very thoroughly.
Now, I haven't come across any tacos de ferret, though I have had tacos de Chihuahua. Notice the capital 'C,' they're tacos from the state of Chihuahua, not from the dog. lol
Since this thread is not that old, and i'm fairly new to Vaping
Can someone point me in the direction of replacement screws.. I have several of the SMOK TFV4 Decks, is there a standard size for these.. i would love to find /replace them w/ say hex-heads or something as i can see only a few use's and they would strip out.
