I tried making a strawberry vanilla ice cream my own concoction but it's prob been done before it's been steeping now for two weeks and there is hardly any strawberry flavour although the air smells of strawberry shortcake. The recipe is
10ml tester
FA Strawberry 3%
TFA Ripe Strawberry 3%
PA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream 2%
1 drop of koolada
Any suggestions where a I went wrong ?

There is a popular recipe by FizzMustard called Mustard Milk. It's 6% tfa Strawberry, 8% Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.

Just looking at your recipe I would first say to add 6% more Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. I don't know how strong the FA Strawberry is compared to the tfa. If it's stronger then the tfa you might want to add more Ice Cream to balance it. I've found using tfa uses much higher percentages than FA, and some of my recipes are in the 20% range total.

Yep, also thinking you can go higher with the TFA Strawberry Ripe if you can't taste it much.
Some are also using CAP Strawberries & Cream or CAP Sweet Strawberry.

I am also struggling to get a good strawberry flavored mix. Have not tried mixing ripe with bean but will try it.

For me anything over about 2% of FA Strawberry kind of mutes the flavor which is more of a natural strawberry flavor.

Personally I prefer to use Capella Sweet Strawberry, that to me is a more sweet candyish flavor rather than a natural "weaker" flavor if that makes sense. If you go with Caps Sweet Strawberry I would start right around 4-6% on that and also up the Vanilla Bean Icecream to at least 4%. Never tried the ripe strawberry so I can't comment there.
