Check out Headinclouds recipes (labeled HIC's) here on VU.

HIC also maintains a webshop for additional recipes here http://www.hicsmixes.com/

Flavor boosters vary by effect and some do have a flavor but to answer your question .. no you do not need a booster with the same flavor as the flavor you are boosting. Why do you think you need a booster? A well designed recipe usually doesn't need one, altho there are sometimes specific uses or needs for them.

Most of us don't use sweeteners, or use way less, like 1-3 drops in 15-30ml.
I just prefer adding 1% FA Marshmallow for some sweetness.

Never heard of a universal flavor booster, but I've never really needed one I guess.
DIY allows you to adjust flavors to fit your own taste preferences.

Most recipes around here don't have sweeteners in them, but you can just as easily not use any at all even if it does.

If it's a store bought pre-mix you're trying to boost, it's hard to not change the recipe by adding more flavoring.

FA Marshmallow is great for sweetening a juice without making it sickly.

FA meringue. Works well to sweeten a mix.

FA is flavour art, they make flavorings. DX is a special line in TFA's (Flavour Aprentice, another manufacturer) lineup for flavourings without 'bad' ingredients.

NW I don't know, prolly INW. Inawera, yet another manufacturer

I think NW is northwest, but it's now Real Flavors.
