is there anything wrong with vaping a .73 dual coil build at 40 watts/5.4v on a DNA 75 with a single 18650?

I am getting a good vape but should I be concerned with the wattage being 5.4 and not closer to say, 4-4.5?

I'm trying to find the sweet spot between a slightly warm vape and decent battery life.

Don't worry about the voltage. 40 watts with a .73 Ohm coil is fine. Adjust up or down to taste and desired warmth. The .73 coil will be easy on the battery compared to a .5 or .25.

So it's going to be the wattage and not my output voltage that is going to tax my batteries?

Actually, it will be the Amperage that will be taxing on the batteries. Voltage and Wattage play a factor into the amperage being pulled, but with that build you are sipping on the batteries. Running roughly 7.5 Amps when the coil is firing. The lower amp pull from the build, the less taxing on the batteries. Where as something around .2 is gonna be pulling close to 18-20A, thus draining the batteries much quicker.

So based on vapecalc, I'm pulling about 8a, which isn't much at all. Eh?
