Also this can be used as legal proof that vaping is safer than smoking.
That would severely fuck up California's bullshit propaganda campaign.
blu would be doing us all a huge favor by having this trail completed in full.

Agree
Blu has both the money and motive to defend this suit.
They understand the FDA and have continued to lobby States to exclude them from most current laws.
IMO, this is a gift to Blu, wouldn't surprise me if plaintiff drops lawsuit at pretrial conference, I believe Blu can be successful in a motion to dismiss.
