All vapers should urge their US Rep to oppose FDA's deeming reg (that would ban >99.9% of e-cigs now on the market) and urge them to become a cosponsor of HR 2058.

This may be our only hope if none of our "community" leaders have the balls (and money) to fight this out in court.
Lets be real here. If they accept this we may not even have to take the FDA to court over this but I think we should no matter how this plays out on the basis that the 'deeming' regs illegally deem vaping as a tobacco product which it is in no way, shape, or form a tobacco product no more than the patch & gum are.
That way if we do lose in court they will have already given in to this too. - 5150
