Replacement tank seals - where to buy?

A small thing becomes a large frustration.
In this case the product is a smok VCT, but could apply to several clearomizers. GCT for example has this configuration top and bottom of the glass.
There is a flat translucent probably silicon washer in a recessed channel in the base where the edge of the glass tank rests. It is split. I am assuming it is 22mm OD. Inside dimension guessing 20 or 21? It would make a difference since it has to fit in the channel.
Where do you get such things? Google has not been my friend on this.
Contacted the store (excellent customer service) and they could not identify a replacement part from Smok.
Searched through my stash and I have no comparable parts.
This looks like a common configuration, looking at other tanks, other brands.
Frustration is a 2 cent part leaves an otherwise decent tank inoperable.
Thanks for any suggestions. Let's skip Lowes, unless you happen to know what aisle.

Actually, Ace/Truvalue hardware stores (well at least the big ones) have O-rings in stock.

I lost a Lemo II seal and replaced it with a rubber o-ring that fit around the Id of the base/top and it works perfect!
