First challenger to the FDA e-cigarette regulations steps forward

Last week saw the release of the American Federal Drug Administration’s (FDA’s) regulations re e-cigarettes. Regulations that by the FDA’s own admission will see 99% of the market disappear.
However, the first company to challenge the regulations has stepped forward, and it is an e –liquid company from Florida. Family owned since 2009, Nicopure have put out a press statement outlining why they are challenging regulations that have been described as ‘deadly’.
