Reuleaux DNA200 battery issue

I have had my DNA200 reuleaux for a while now and it was working fine. The other day I put freshly charged batteries in and it said 89% These are the same batteries i always use for this device only. So i tried three different fully charged batteries out of my RX200 and it said the same thing. Vaped on it all day and by the end of the day i was at 35% when usually when it started at 100% i would only be at like 70% by the end of the day. I have not made any changes via escribe either. Anyone else ever experience issues like this with the reuleaux? Or have any insight to what the issue may be?

Have you double checked via Escribe that the current settings have batteries capacity configured correctly? maybe something messed that up so the battery gauge is not working correctly?

A few things come to mind. Make sure the batteries are seated well. The Reuleaux has the battery rings around the positive contacts - just make sure the positive sides are making good contact (you can try gently spinning them). If that doesn't take care of it, might be the ground screw is not tight. It's the screw in the battery tray under the foam plug. Here's a link in Evolv's Early Adopters Forum that might be of help: Reuleaux Check battery 47% charge

Cheers,
Steve

Thanks for the suggestions. All settings are the same. Nothing in escribe is changed. Tried spinning batteries no help. Checked the ground screw and it was tight as it could be. Tried it again just now with batteries I used in the Rx200 today. Rx200 was reading half full and dna 200 said 23% tossed them on the charger and it read 3.79 for each battery
