Reuleaux RX200 TC 200W Box Mod

There's a sale on gearbest at the moment with 30% off the RX200. I was either going to pick up the Limitless Box mod for $100 at my local vape shop or the RX200 which is now $53 from gearbest. I have a few questions:

1 - Is this mod strictly temp control or can I use it in power mode as well?
2 - For those who own it, what do you think of it? Is it worth the money?
3 - Is gearbest a reliable place to purchase products from?

1. The RX200 does TC and power modes.

I don't own one but I have been eyeballing them. I haven't used gearbest or looked at reviews on them so I can't answer that question either. One outta three ain't bad.

u can find those in US dollars for around 35-40 bucks normally.
with that said it's not something I'd recommend. much better options out there

for your questions
1) you can do power mode or TC mode. TC mode is decent, not the best but gets the job done
2) not worth it IMO unless you want a beater mod with a cheap price that you don't care of it breaks.
3) yes gearbest is a good site. shipping can be slow sometimes as most producst ship form china but they are pretty fast for a site shipping out of china. never had any issues with gearbest at all.

limitless really isn't great either. I'd take it over an RX but still. unless you are dead set on the looks of it. what exactly were you looking for in a mod? and what country are you in?

Something the size of an IPV6 and dual batteries I'd say look at an Alien. Should meet your needs.

the limitless is a little square and bulky but not too bad. the rx is more rounded but very bulky. not really pocket able but then the limitless isn't much better in that category either. If you aren't using TC and only watts mode, then most mods will be fine. not really many options for customization mods TBH. the limitless one is probably the only one i can thing of. the RX is a triple 18650 mod so you will need new sets of 3 married batteries. with a dual like the limitless you can use the same sets you use in your IPV6x.

You could always opt to put a skin on any box to customize it. I've purchased a few from jwraps.com one for my VT133 and 1 for my G2. but neither of those mods are really for your needs either. the VT is expensive for features you aren't going to use and the G2 is not really pocket able. the limitless might be your best bet if you just want custom styles.

love the alien. it's a great mod that looks nice, good size and ergonomics, plenty of power and pocketable. and a wide range of colors. sadly no customization which is what OP wanted. Don't really think it needs it though. it's a sexy mod already

Are you referring to the smok alien? My local vape shop actually has them in stock for $70AUD a piece.

Yeah, I can only imagine it would be very bulky. I'm got a tempest 200w mod and it takes triple 18650's and it's bulky as hell. The skins are a great idea, will definitely be checking them out! I'll take a look now to see if I can find any for my IPV6x.

Just found this website selling skins for the IPV6x. With the skins, do they just slip over the mod or do you have to apply them like a sticker?

you apply them like a sticker. but they don't leave a residue. i never got from mighty skins I only used jwrap but it's a thick vinyl like material. here is a pic of the 2 i have. the left is a metallic one on a G2 and the right is a regular one on a VT133

Nice, they look legit. I'm gonna buy a skin from mightskins now. The only problem is the wealth of choices. There's over 10 pages worth of skins!

yup a shit ton of choices. they should also do custom skins as well. most sites do. my jets one was a custom skin

pretty easy IMO. just wipe down the mod so it's clean and has no juice and then just apply it. no more difficult then putting a screen protector on your cell phone

Sweet, thanks for the info. Just ordered my skin! Ended up costing me $21AUD which included first class shipping. Not too bad at all. I had to buy the purple IPV6x because that's the only colour they had in stock at the time and I don't particularly like it so the skin will be awesome.

Haha yeah, that's what I bought he tempest for, just in case my IPV6x dies on me. Now all I need is a white we out here doe RDA for my new skin and I'll be golden.

I got an email from them saying the grey / black was out of stock unfortunately so I ended up getting the black and red with a red flawless we out her doe RDA ( I love those RDA's ) with it as well so it all matches. Pretty stoked! Excited for christmas now.
